Greetings. I see that you are using one of those grow tents. Nice. Id say two things, your substrate appears too dry, do make sure you get it nice and moist. Then your griw tent will work at holding humidity in. Second, i see a few pockets of long-stranded sphagnum moss. Ppl are in will recommend you remove it, as young torts like to nibble and eat it, often leading to impaction.

Get a nice terra cotta saucer or two sink them level in your substrate, one for food, one for water. It will help provide areas to wear down beak & claws.

Good luck

ps - double check your temperatures with a good IR temp gun, make sure you have good gauges.

Dang so the moss is a no go?? What do you recommend to help hold the humidity instead? Or just keeping the coco more wet and I’ll be fine? :)

I’ve been checking the temps every 20 mins , ranging from 82-95 during the day and humidity been around 70%!

Raise the heating, use a smaller heat bulb, or try turning off one of the heat sources. Turning it back on at night when the lights causing heat is off.
Also a thermostat to run the heating is the easiest.
