I Recently discovered some white like pimples on my 3 month old tortoise, One of those “pimples” was removed by her when i was soaking the tort and it was like a hole. I found more of them today the tort is also shedding ( which idk if it’s from those “pimples” or the tort growing. The tort is eating walking sleeping normally.

If it is austwickia, there isn't any hope for your baby. There's no treatment, it eventually affects all organs, and it's highly contagious to reptiles.

It does look similar but I'm not so sure this is Austwickia. I would wait for some advice from @mastershake or even @Pastel Tortie In the meantime it's very important you keep this tortoise away from any other reptiles.

Is his shell rubbery or soft? Are you providing calcium in the diet of fresh leaves? Calcium will provide shell, beak and nail strength and good to add as powder on fresh food and also add a cuttlefish to the enclosure?

His tummy is a lil soft but shell no, he was in an accident which caused the cracked beak from the start i provide calcium too i sprinkle some on his food.do you think he’ll re-grow his beak ?

That greenish part needs to be taken off. He can't eat with it like that. Can you gently lift it off? If you can't do it, he needs to see a vet.
