First game tonight. Cheering for the RS but more so for ex Cub Kyle Schwarber.
Need to watch close to the Astros batting to see if they are more on at home then when they aren't. Also to the second baseman.
I doubt they are stealing signs again but the Chicago White Sux (sox) mentioned that they thought they were.

That's my other sport too. Go Blackhawks!
We don't have a NHL team in Atlanta so I usually root for the Predators, or the Panthers because I'm from Florida. We do have a minor league ECHL team here that I get season tickets too every year. The games are really fun!

Way back when I lived in Muskegon Michigan growing up, we had an IHL team. I had season tickets for them. Those were always fun. Back when they didn't have to wear helmets, most didnt and fighting was left to go for awhile, lit less rules. Back in the 70's early 80's.
I went to one Blackhawks game since moving to Chicago. I enjoy watching on tv almost as good. Can see more on tv.

They kind of discourage the fighting in the NHL now days but not in the minor leagues! They actually encourage it almost!

I've been a Red Sox fan since 1952. My father was a doctor and his office was at 274 Commonwealth Ave. One of his patients was the head groundskeeper at Fenway Park. He would let my father drop me off at Fenway any time the Red Sox were at home and I got to watch all their practices and games.

Also got to go into the clubhouse and schmooze with any players who weren't put off by little kids.

In 1955, Ted Williams autographed a baseball for me which I still cherish to this day. Speaking of Ted Williams, he was the best hitter I have ever seen. What an eye!

Here's hoping the Bosox can pull off a series victory and get back to the World Series this year!

Thats just amazing! What a lucky childhood! I gotta say Ted was a hell of a hitter but i gotta go with Papi when it comes to clutch hitting
