I assume the tutorial will be old hat for most of you but I videoed it for some lesser tortoise fans. Still thought I’d share.

she laid 17 eggs earlier this summer. In 2 clutches. None were fertile.
Hopefully some of these are.

Very risky using a metal claw.
I always took mine from the nest before they buried them.
A few other members collects them as they are dropping.
I have read several times that when collecting it's not that important to keep them in the position they are laid.
That's why unmatched fertile eggs can be shipped as long as its within a certain time frame that I can't remember how long.
Hope you get babies.

Leopards in this country have mixed genetics. Your eggs might need a diapause before they will develop. They could be all fertile ad just need a cooling period. PM me if you want a recipe.
