Indian Star more similar to Sullys or Red foot? in Diet, Humidity, Husbandry?

Hi just a curious question for Star Tortoise owner who has taken care of Sulcatas and Redfoot. Which are they more similar when in comes to food diet? Personality if there is any? Humidity levels? Habits? Any inputs is much appreciated.

From what a breeder told me, he said Stars are similar to Redfoot, even in diet, But from what I read here, they are more similar to Sully?
