Your tortoise is making vocal sounds?
When?
For how long?
How is she being kept?
the sound is like a high frequency scream.
it comes and goes it seems like she is in pain it started yesterday at night.
she is never been active.
she is kept in a cardboard box with cutoff ceiling and paper towels floor if I'm not at home else I take her out of the box and I keep an eye on her.

when she started screaming I read here that it maybe constipation so I transferred her to a plastic container with worm water but she started screaming again but this time with bubbles or vomit I don't know, so I took her back to her cardboard box.

It sounds as though your tortoise is having trouble breathing. It may have a respiratory infection. Do you have any vets near you that have experience treating tortoises?

What you have is a Greek tortoise, specifically a Mesopotamian Greek, Testudo graeca terrestris sometimes called a "Golden Greek"

Seconded that you should seek help from a vet. You most likely need to give her injections of an antibiotic called ceftazidime, or brand name Fortaz if it is indeed a respiratory infection.

How is your tortoise, @Jawad123 ? Were you able to get her to the vet? Hoping she’s feeling better… it’s so stressful when a pet is ill; no matter if they’re cold blooded or warm blooded, they are members of the family. Sending positive vibes your way.

You need to make proper changes ASAP! You are not caring for her properly at all.
They need proper heat, light, enclosure, substrate, humidity, diet, hydration, none of which it sounds like you are doing.
Read the care sheet on this forum for the Mediterranean Greek species.
With all the wrong things you are doing he could be constipated or worse.

I have heard about Tortoises screaming like that when they have a bladder stone they are trying to pass. Lots of soaking may help.
I agree. The only thing I have seen where a tortoise will actually do that "scream" - is a stone they cannot pass. Go to a vet and have an x-ray done to see if there is a large stone it cannot pass.

The info you got is wrong. They can have lettuce as a small part of a varied diet which you need to add more items to. You need to stop all fruit that is very bad for them, only a very few species can have fruit and leopards is not one of them
Also they should not be kept in pairs. Your pic shows one chasing/ bulling the other not playing.
Please read our leopard caresheet and make needed changes asap! They should not be roaming the floors of your house, too cold and dangerous. Each needs their own proper enclosure that never gets below 80, has basking of 95-100 and 80% humidity.

dude, I don't know if she passed away or she is in Hibernation but today she stopped moving, her hands and legs are tucked in, I read that if she is dead when I lift her her hands and legs should wobble, but they are not wobbling, I have no idea what is happening

When you say you kept her under a light, was she allowed to leave and go find shade if she needed to?

could anyone tell me what species she is or if she is a male or female, cause I don't know how to tell
TeamZissou above told you it's a greek.
If it's not moving you need to get it to a vet. Have you done anything anyone has suggested?
When you put it out in the sun for 4 to 6 hours can it move into shade? You can't leave them cooking in the sun.
At this point about the only option you have is a vet visit.
