We can't tell if the tortoise is walking correctly from pictures. We CAN tell that the tortoise is being housed and cared for incorrectly by looking at the carapace. This tortoise is being housed far too dry. It needs a larger enclosure, correct humidity, good hydration, good UV, proper temperatures, and proper lighting. 6x3 is too small.It is in a temporary enclosure. During the summer it will be getting a 6 by 4 enclosure.
