Not sure if that is going to be his enclosure. But it is way too small and the water dish and food dish are horrible flipping hazards. Get some terracotta flower pot dishes instead. Sink them into the substrate so your tort can enter and exit safely. Also needs a hide to go into at night. Post a thread on the forum and we can guide you to make a proper enclosure. If you are getting your info from a pet store. It probably is all wrong.
