It's been removed. When the weather gets warmer I will be changing out all the substrate and placing "Frankie" outside for the summer during the days maybe nights.
I have seen him try and bite the dish but that was when I first starting using the dish back in November. Maybe I will switch to a plastic tub aware lid.
This is the side of the enclosure with the UVB light and the cuttlebone. He seems to eat fine with the Amal crack. He spends most of his time by the thermostat.

I spoke with the breeder and he says it's because I have no air in the tank. lol that my closed chamber needs to be more like an open one. But I know he's wrong because this is what he sent me.
Everything I have read on here tells me he doesn't really know much. I wish I found this site before...
