It is Chinese Cabbage in English, or we call it Hakusai in Japanese. It's a common winter vegetable in Japan. I haven't tried to feed it to my Darwin, but as it's close species to pak choi, I presume it's ok to feed as part of varied diet. I don't know how much goodness in it apart from water...
