I read that water turtles can pyramid just like torts. Help! Mine are growing too fast and pyramiding i think!!! u can't see very well but the scutes are growing farther apart and raising up. What do i do besides feed them less!

No they should still have a temperature drop I don't know what to tell you lol get a lower wattage CHE than your bulb maybe so that he can have the right temp drop I don't have torts so I wouldn't know much lol [hr] I have aquatic turtles looking forward to getting tortoises someday hopefully soon

I did get him to eat pellets a few days after I posted this... The cooter eats the reptomin but my painted turtle has stopped eating reptomin and only eating the reptotreat.. How can I get this to change?

going back to the reptile show this weekend, trying to get a replacement. Even if he doesn't give me a refund I want to get another turtle. What are a few relatively small species that I could put in with my painted and cooter? [hr] Lol and my cooter has barely grown at all but my painted turtle...
