We were proud parents to 3 baby sulcatas they appeared to be wonderfully happy and healthy when we first got them in september of 2010. they began to be very ill as to researching and reading, this has been the best forum with good info and advice on what to do. we ended up loosing all three of our babies.....they appeared to be suffering from MBD...as newbys i thought we had read and accomplished all that was needed to provide a good habitate for our sullies...but one thing that i did not or was not informed about, was the IMPORTANCE of humidity and moisture concentration needed for hatchlings or MOST IMPORTANT what king of UVB light to use or the distance needed. Even the breeder/or salesman didnt inform us about that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or neither did he inform us that hatchlings are recommended for experienced keepers and not first timers like us. Needless to say, we are very angry at this and now very sadden about this whole ordeal..
