My tortoise enclosure has become invades with bugs. Should I move my tortoises indoors until I can have an exterminator fix the problem? Not sure what they are?

Your tort looks fine. Just do as your doing. Mist your enclosure more to help with the pyramiding. Unless you want to breed your tortoises, it’s no big deal. My two stars are over 12 years old. Had the one with more pyramids first. 8 months later got 2nd one along with a auto misting...

I tried that, and it seems to be the best way. He is very shy and it takes awhile. I know he is not getting the full dose. I will try to give it a little at a time. But that is hard to do with 0.02CC

My tort needs to take Fenbendazole for worms. This is the second treatment he has had. Seems like the first time did not work. My tort is 30 grams and needs 0.02CC of it. I am not sure he is getting it all,if any? I cut up zucchini, use mazuri both of which he likes,but seems like he is not...

Taking my Star tortoise to the vet today. Having a fecal exam. It has not gained weight in 3 months. It is 30 grams. I received it 0n 5/30/11 at 17 grams. on 7/22/11 it went to 33 grams. It stayed within 29-32 in the next 5-6 months. It is now 29 grams. I have another which is 204 grams that...

My two new indoor set-ups are just about done. 2 Leopards 2 Stars, about 12-18 months old. The sizes are 5 x 7 and a 5 x 5 for the stars. Was thinking about using the ReptiTherm on one end of each. Any pro`s and con`s about there use? Would it be better to use 2 che lamps on both ends?
