I just saw on a local facebook group eye grass and coastal grass round bales for 65 bucks that seems like a steal would that be a good diet for my tortoise of hay?

Yeah it's been a while and I'm still listed as active lol I'll have to see what kinds I can get at the local feed store here. They come in square bales.

My sulcata is outside from when I wake up to night time now in an enclosure outside and he has eaten most of the grass and only has a little left that's not short. I was wondering what type of hay is acceptable? Is just any local hay or does it have to be horse grade or what? I dont know much...

I might but not any time soon then. It will probably have to be after I get my own place which i am saving up for a half acre on my families farm.

That's mainly what I was worried about because I was wanting a few ground pigeons and not flying types untill I get my own place and have them fly in larger numbers for protection. I have a sulcata Thanks nice to see you too.
