When I went to wake my tortoise this morning. He had wee'd in his bed and stayed lying in it until we woke him up. There was a big clump of white and his bedding was wet underneath him. Is it normal for them to wee and lie in it while they are sleeping?

I bought some mixed Weed seeds (tortoise safe) the other week off shelled warriors on Ebay. I have grown some of them but can't identify what any of them are. Can anyone help me and clarify that they are safe for my tortoise? Thanks in advance [emoji2]
