I live in a wet, somewhat chilly place.
As of Thursday January 22nd I own a B-Grade Hermann's Tortoise hatchling. Although I don't officially know the sex, the breeder sent me the hatchling he thought would most likely be a boy. I call "him" Urie, but if he turns out to be a she then I think the name will work just fine.
Urie is my first ever tortoise (even really my first pet reptile), but I did weeks of research from the most professional pages/books to rookie owners with blogs. I keep him indoors in my bedroom in a nicely sized tub and he seems to enjoy it!
