Oliver now weighs 10lbs and is about 12" long he didn't get cake because I came home late from work and school and treats are expensive now.

Happy Birthday,Oliver! Be very careful about those dangling cords. It is very easy for a tortoise to get those wrapped around his neck or a limb and pull them inside his shell.
Yes, Happy Birthday. And i second Big Charlies concern, be careful of those cords, looks like one was already around his neck and leg.

I always keep an eye on that as soon as I se he's back there I move him even after he's gone back and back and back to that spot XD
