Re Homing Sulcata in Winter Park Florida

Looking for a good home for a sulcata tortoise. We have had her (think it is a girl) for over 7 years but feel she needs home where she gets more attention and can roam out ina yard. If you think you are interested please read up on sulcata tortoises first so you know their diet and requirements to make sure you are ready. She is currently in a 55 gallon aquarium (not included). I hope you find a new home with a garden to roam for your tortoise. A 55 gallon aquarium is much to small for such a big tort.

I'm not local, but if you want to ship I'd be happy to take him/her. All of my current sulcata are from folks who ended up with more than they bargained for. We are in Tx and have lots of land for them to roam.

Do you still have her? I'm in Apopka with outdoor area for my tortoises. Would love to add this one in.

Valerie, there's a baby sulcata on Craig's List in the Tampa area, I think. The guy is moving in a few days up north and wants to find a good home for his baby Master Oogway.
