Bell peppers

can I feed bell peppers to my Hermann Tortoise as a treat?looking for things I can feed him any help will be appreciated

I take out the seeds. Honestly don’t know why I do that. Can’t remember information on harm. But I do this when I feed squash & watermelon also.

Maybe someone can enlighten me.

I don't think seeds or a problem. I generally pull the seeds out and sprinkle them in the substrate hoping that they will grow and the tortoises can munch on the seedlings

If the seeds are small enough to fit down the throat, leave them in. This helps move things through the digestive tract.

What about pomegranates? Wouldn't they find them in the wild in their native region?
