Are these items dry or fresh grown?
All are dehydrated. Shipping water weight seems best to avoid. They all have about a one year shelf life is stored in the proverbial 'cool, dry, dark place' The Plantain and Moringa can be sprinkled/mixed into a salad and will stick if there is any moisture at all on the greens (garden or grocery). The cactus is as you have tried before (dried, but re-hydrates in about 20 minutes), the Alfalfa pellets need to be soaked overnight in the frig and mixed in with your salad. The Hibiscus should also be soaked overnight in the frig as well. I have used the remaining water from soaking the Hibiscus to soak the cactus chips and Alfalfa, and it turns them a brilliant red, also lettuce butts chopped up. That red seems to make any food more interesting.

Aside from the Cactus Chips all are human grade food USDA certified organic. For the Cactus Chips I can say they are not sprayed with anything, and they are fertilized per Organic criteria, other than I do not use composted manure (which is okay for organic crops for human consumption).

An interesting note. Plantain has the same protein, by %, as Romaine lettuce. The profile (which proteins) is no doubt different, I did not sort it out at that level.
