I have an oven roasted chicken that I picked most of the meat and all if the skin off if for myself and wondered if anyone would advise for or against letting my 6 redfoots tear/pick at it for a treat.

They will power through anything they can get their greedy beaks on but o don't want to endanger them. I'm not sure if I would consider it a choking hazard or not considering all of the other weird crap I've caught them eating in the yard.

Thanks.

Hi. I give mine some of my roasted chicken, but make sure there's no skin or fat on it. She loves it and would eat my fingers that hold it if I'm not fast enough,

I would not feed cooked bones. They can break and stick in the throat of a tort.
Fresh, uncooked bones don`t break. That`s what I have heard.
I never would feed any small bones that could be swallowed.

Cooked bones would be risky for any animal. The cooking process dehydrates them in a way they'd never occur naturally and can splinter.
