Hello there,

A new member although I’ve been coming to this site for Info for a while now, I’ve had a Hermann’s tortoise for about a year now, they came to me a couple of months old, all is well, there’s a little chip on the shell at the back that they came with but it doesn’t seem to effect them...
The big question is - is Hermy a Hermione or Herman?? I’ve attached a photo of what came out of there bum whilst having a bath and poo!

Could someone tell me whether I’ve got a he or a she? Xx

O-o-o-o-o!!! That's a boy for sure!
Are you sure because of the organ? Can you explain the difference?
(I would also say boy because the anal scutes look male and the tail seems big for a girl, but it's hard to tell from that angle.)

Females seldom express their private parts, but when they do it looks different from the male's penis. The picture in this thread is definitely a penis, not female organs.

What do female parts look like? I think I've seen a picture a few years ago but as far as I remember it looked quite similar.
