Help with info on travelling abroad by car

Hi, i have been trying to find out about traveling abroad via car, all I found out is that in the EU there are no restrictions ( we didn’t leave yet) , called DEFRA and they have no idea, but no restrictions when you come back. They should be fine. I’ve only had people’s opinions on this from Facebook groups who have traveled before.

It might help if people knew what "abroad" is for you. Are you in the US? Are you in the UK?

Also what restrictions are you asking about? For tortoise, human, dog? What country to what country?

Yes, one can travel all about the EU relatively easily, VISA free, etc. I guess the question is, are you planning to travel with a Tortoise?
