They look like dandelion, but looking closer they are not.

Coltsfoot and Lesser Celandine. Depending on your source of information they are either good tortoise food or toxic, so decide for yourself. ;)
My tortoises eat both, but Lesser Celandine only before it starts to bloom.

Can't find any positive information about these plants though...

Is the Lesser Celandine (bloom) really that bad? I have to admit that I fed those to my tortoise (she likes it) and ate like 10 already..

For humans/mammals the young leaves are edible in small quantities, but it becomes more toxic when the flowers appear. As far as I know, it's unproven if or how toxic it is for tortoises.
My tortoises love creeping buttercup (another ranunculaceae) and they are still alive, so I woudn't be worried if they ate some Lesser Celandine (it grows in their eclosure anyway). But it's not something I would deliberately feed in large quantities.
