What kind of lights are you using in the enclosure?Heat and humidity? Looks like the eyes are irritated

30 mins a day? Might not be enough for a baby. Do you keep him inside for the majority of the day? You may need a UV light
Okay I'll keep him for more time, actually I have a pair of them, they mostly eat cucumber only, one guy eats tomatoes sometimes , and occasionally I give bananas, and today I gave rose petals with cucumber but they eat only cucumber not the petals. They hardly bite it once. Pl suggest something. They don't eat spinach also

I’m not an expert... But, I bet the knowledgeable people on here will tell you that diet is making this tortoise very sick. Not to mention the lack of humidity and UV it’s getting. However, you’re in luck! You are going to get great advice on this forum. Good luck friend!

Cucumbers and romaine lettuce don't have much nutritional value. Spinach isnt good for them either. 30 minutes a day is more than enough to soak up some Ray's. Problems more likely diet and humidity. Need to keep him hydrated by a 30 minute warm(95f) soak in shallow water(just high enough for him to lay and soak his limbs). upper part of shell won't be submerged. Don't let him get cold. Nothing less than 80. Bubble out his nose indicates a respiratory infection so until he's better nothing less Than 85f ANYWHERE he is. If you have access to a vet they can give him antibiotics but don't let them give vitamin shots. Don't put him on the floor to walk around...heat rises-floors the coldest spot in a home. Hope this helps. Check out links people are giving you above...
