Hi Everyone, this is Bronbowie. I am a new owner of a Stigmochelys Pardalis Babcocki, a 6 month old. Don't know if it's male or female yet. His or her name is Shelly. I'm looking forward to learning from all of you, and to getting to know my Leopard tortoise over the years, and hopefully to its adulthood.

Welcome. Got the proper care and housing info in the leopard and/or sulcata section. The care and housing is the same for both. Please read and adjust accordingly. Any questions just ask, there are many available to answer.

Hi and welcome I have a leopard too and the caresheet and help here have been invaluable.
As long as you are open to good advice from very experienced keepers and prepared to make changes if and when necessary then your new baby should thrive.
The Beginners Mistake thread (link below) will help you learn from other people's problems, the Enclosures thread has lots of great ideas and www.thetortoisetable.org.uk will help you with plant IDs and is a good guide to what is safe or not.
