Is there a link or post with a complete list of plants and weeds that are toxic for tortoises?

No. Even if you found a list, you’d find someone here who fed something or other on the list with no problem. There is a lot we don’t yet know about how some tortoises process foods; the lists change over time as we learn what the different foods have to offer. Plus the different types of tortoises handle foods differently, given that they evolved in different ecosystems.

We’re actually having a thread in the debate forum right now about foods we absolutely would not feed. So far it’s a pretty short list! You might take a look at it.

That colour code plants as 'Safe to Feed' (green), 'Feed in Moderation' (orange) and 'Do Not Feed' (red)
Some think they are overly cautious or biased towards certain species, but I would rather be safe than sorry.
