Thank you all. Its just hard when you think they are going to make it and start planning your future just to turn around and buy an eco casket for this little baby you poor your heart in soul into. My only comfort is that he looked peaceful so I'm hoping that means he wasn't in pain.

You do have another comfort. That you gave him a chance to live. And I believe every creature has the capacity to feel loved and cared for. Little Sullivan would never have known that feeling if you hadn't brought him home that day. The feeling of being treasured is a gift...you gave that to him.

Thank you for all you’ve done for him, take solace in the fact that you did everything you could. Sorry for your loss.

Sully’s eco casket came today so I finally had to say good bye. The flowers are from my tortoise garden.

Please no judgements on how he is buried it was for my benefit to say goodbye in my own way. My pets mean the world to me no matter how long I have had them. I’m sorry if the picture offends you.

I think you did a very nice job, and the way you're burying him definitely shows that you cared for him. Sorry again for your loss.

Beautiful tribute... I did a tribute in my yard for my dog Charm... people think I’m strange but screw them. I do believe in Rainbow Bridge

No one should ever be offended by how someone else grieves. We do what we have to do to survive the loss and move on. I think you have honored Sullivan's short life in a lovely way! Don't let anyone tell you different!
