Best pellet for sulcata?

Halo just want to introduce my sulcata, named tofu and tacu.

Mazuri is a good food. I wouldn't recommend most other pellets. Marion food sticks are good and the ZooMed Grassland pellets are good to soak and mix with greens. Here is more info on what they should be fed: https://tortoiseforum.org/threads/for-those-who-have-a-young-sulcata.76744/

From the pic of your enclosure, it looks like you've gotten the old wrong advice. They need a damp substrate. The dry pellets you have them on are desiccating and hard for them to walk on. Also, they should never be housed as a pair. Singles are best and groups of juveniles are usually oaky, but not pairs. Give these a read through:
