Help! Baby tortoise suddenly can't walk properly!

Hi! I've had my little leopard tortoise for about a month now. He's been doing okay but not as good as I would hope. But today something completely random happened. He stopped lifting himself when he walks now. He seems like he does have the strength to lift himself and walk. This is completely out of nowhere. I was with him outside yesterday and he was completely fine walking normally. Today when I got back from work I took him outside and its like he completely lost the coordination of his legs. I don't know how to post a video on the forum but if anyone has any experience with a problem like this please let me know because I am completely baffled.

Is there any kind of poison in the yard? Fertilizers bug killers etc?

Is it that the hind legs aren’t moving? He could be impacted if so.

You have to be careful about where you let him roam, as has been mentioned here already. Have you read all the care sheets about the requirements for this species of tortoise? Diet, temperatures, humidity, etc? Can you tell us about his setup? And can we see some pics of him and his enclosure so we can help you better?
