We could all preface our conjectures about these animals with a like disclaimer. You are wise in the way of the redfoot.
The Bolivian lines I have encountered over the years tend toward more orangish uniform scale coloration unlike this pretty little one's classically northern yellow head in contrast with the red limbs. But you are right the plastron is definitely not Northern but Cherryhead (or Bolivian). And as @ZEROPILOT rightly observes, it is not pure Cherryhead either.
It is most likely another blended animal from a Northern and Cherryhead pairing so common in captivity.

The more I look at the plastron of the little Redfoot in question, the more I agree it could be one of the larger Redfoot types, Paraguayan or Bolivian
... and won't be little for long. The OP is from an area notorious (no offense) for traffic in animals not commonly seen in the West. The dark plastral pattern, the carapace coloration with the darker blotches, the rounder shape of shell in dorsal aspect, and the proportionally larger robust head seem distinct from Northern types and more like the southernmost animals. So I revise my earlier post to reflect that I see no Cherryhead influence at all.
