My hatchling russian tortoise is sneezing!

Hello! so for the past week or 2 my new russian tortoise (Pebbles) he is a month old i have had him for 3 weeks now, he randomly quickly pulls in to his shell and makes a squeaking sound almost like a sneeze or lake a mouse squeak i don't know why? can someone please help?!

If be sure only doing it when he pulls in his head quickly it's normal. They are expelling air when they do that

Wow, my typing on my first response was bad, sorry, didn't catch that.
If it's a noise that he does when he pulls his head in, sounding kinda like a hiss, and only when he quickly pulls his head in then it's normal and nothing too worry about.

Yes, nothing to worry about. It startled me at first as well.

I can only imagine the "hiss" from the Aldabra and Galapagos owners here...

I was wondering about Echinacea because I read that Russians like it. It's what is in Airborne which is a prevention for colds and flu. I grow it and all the birds, preying mantis,etc in my yard love it. Sorry I don't know how else to reply to ask this question. I could give my darling some fresh leaves. What does everybody think?
