i'm building my sulcata's new home. i use aluminium and dibond. here is the beginning:

thumbnail.jpg

it sizes : 200 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm (78'x20'x20')

it's not really big but it's just for a few months inside. in springtime they will go outside in a wooden house .

i need advice for the lighting. i plan to install a Led tube (150 cm/ 60') and a uvb lamp ( solar raptor 35w uvb and heat). The ambiant temperature will be maintained around 80 by a ceramic lamp (150w).

i have four sulcata, should i install an other basking spot? could a second spot make them more comfortable ?

You have four (4) sulcatas? How big are they? Are they all sharing the same enclosure? Is the enclosure covered to retain the heat / humidity?

That looks nice.

I would only do one basking area and put it on one side or the other. I like your plan for the lighting with the LED, 35w Solar Raptor, and CHE. I would prefer a radiant heat panel instead of a CHE for this application, but the CHE will work too.
