Frillice- NA on tortoise table
Batavia - NA on tortoise table
Wild Rocket - NA on tortoise table
Radicchio - Feed in moderation
Italian Flat Leaf - NA on tortoise table
Cherry Tomato - NA on tortoise table

Tortoise Table is so unreliable. Theres a lot of veges that I can't seem to find there. I used to avoid anything that I can't find on tortoisetable and theres a lot that I cant feed. it makes me kinda frustrated. Looking at them yet I cant feed it to my tortoise
Anyone has like a better website to check them or some tips on how do identify if they are safe for tortoises?

Safe. Yes. But not all of it is great for all tortoises.
What type are you feeding?
In a pinch, if you remove the tomatoes, you should be o.k. But those bags wont offer full nutrition alone.
You can search this forum for foods to feed your specific species.

It is a hermann tortoise
I assume I can feed cherry tomatoes like 2-3 times a month?
But those bags wont offer full nutrition alone.
I also sprinkles calcium powder on top of the salad that should be enough?
I also occasionally get some hibiscus leaves, mulberry leaves, mazuri and zoomed pellets for tortoise

Hermann's are eaters of weedy and leafy greens. While prepacked salad can be part of the diet it shouldn't be the main diet as variety is required and salads lack fibre and nutrients.

Your tort cannot digest sugars properly, so sweet foods like tomato, carrot, bell pepper and fruit should only be fed very sparingly and very occasionally if at all. One cherry tomato once a month is more than enough; personally I would leave it out completely. They're like candy for children - loved, but not particularly good for them.

Calcium powder - use a tiny pinch sprinkled on food as sparsely as possible 3 days a week. No more as you overdo it and that can lead to bladder stones.

Few of us get through the winter months, when weeds are hard to come by, without resorting to store-bought greens and supplementing with a good quality pellet such as Mazuri. But the stuff from your yard/garden/neighborhood is generally higher in fibre and a healthier diet

@jylee1997123, some of the foods in this thread should be available to you in Malaysia: https://tortoiseforum.org/threads/s...land-malay-indo-etc-diet.165957/#post-1641181.

The Tortoise Table is designed primarily for owners in the UK. Living in Asia, you’ll be better off looking up the English names or translations of what is available around you and asking questions about those. Finding healthy foods where you are should actually be easier for you than many, so long as you live somewhere where you can get local Malay produce.
