I'm reading things that say to only feed every other day. I have been feeding every day. Also what are the correct quantities to feed now that he's older. I have been letting him eat as much as he wants. He eats greens ( spring mix, arugula, dandelion greens and collard greens in a mix) daily along with some of his accepted food items which include tomato, sweet potato, mango, mazuri, squash, strawberry, raspberry and banana. Once a week he gets either some hard boiled egg or a high quality dry grain free dog food that has been soaked until it's soft.

Sounds good.
Once a day.
If you forget a day, he'll be fine. But they get used to being fed the same time every day.
If houses outside, remove the uneaten food or you'll get ants.
Indoors. Leave it for a few hours.
Some RF actually prefer food that isn't exactly fresh...

I feed mine once a day, most the time he eats all of the food i leave him but there are some days where he skips his meals and just sleeps all day in his hide. I was worried at first when he did this but the next day he always comes out of his hide and eats again. I feed mine basically the same as you except protien and i haven't introduced mazuri yet. Mine only gets protien once a month and he's super picky about it so i give him shrimp because he won't eat anything else.
