So, I am reading Star Tortoises by Jerry Fife, because I am trying to freshen up knowledge and skills about how to take care of eggs, because I have never had any lay before. So, I came across something really interesting there is a picture of a rare golden albino indian star tortoise. I have never heard of this tortoise in captivity, the photo is from Nobuhiro Kawazoe p. 102.

This would be really cool to see some pics of this, or any info whatsoever.

Thanks!

Cory

I have some very old founder Sri Lankan animals that are starting to look much like the so called golden albino animals. They definetely do not have red eyes as you would expect from an albino. Here are some pics of my 30-40 yr old animals that have been in captive care under me for almost 30 years. I have come across completely solid golden animals in the wilds of Sri Lanka. assuming they are very old?
