I bought these in an Asian market. Is this safe for them to eat? Thank you in advance.
Is this food safe to feed my Mee and Mep?

As long as it's a part of a varied diet, it's ok.

Thank you. I am seeing lots of unfamiliar food in the Asian Market here. I will need to learn the Asian foods .
Don't forget, this is an Asian species. More than likely any greens you find at the Asian market would be ok to feed.
