Aldabra wont eat

Hi,. My Name is Vivi I'm From Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Luwuk.

I had four Tortoises Aldabra.
Size arround 40 - 46 cm.

One of them now is sick, already 3 and half days didnt drink, and eat, and yesterday it's eat just 4 and half small banana.
And also didnt defecate, just small think and a little bit compact
It's breath is normal with mouth close
The day Before she got sick, is very active and eat a lot of hibiscus leaves and cactus.

I will explain about this tortoise, 20 days ago, it's getting sick, because our staff didn't gave enough water almost 2 months, and this tortoise make sound strange, in Indonesia said Sendawa / burp or belch, fortunately i'm back home and directly i resolve that problem, i call Veterinary and she give some Vitamin also Antibiotic for 3 days,
When it's sick the weight drop until 15 KG, normally the weight this tortoise is almost 18Kg.
So when this tortoise getting better i give a lot of hibiscus and cactus and in the end i get this problem now.

So in this case, i need help from you and i want to asking a few question.
1. Could be becausjust to days this tortoise get 2 kilo from 18 become 20 Kg cant not eat a few days,?
If could be how many days she didn't eat?
2. Why this tortoise didn't drink also?
3. Could be it's getting problem like constipation ? So difficult for defecate?
4. Why she just stay lazy, lethargic, she dosent move or walk but sometimes she walking just a few meter and than stop, but she look normal when moving/ walk.

Our location is the same like where they from, temperature, weather etc.
Note,.. the other three is very healthly, active they go arroun all day, eating, drink like a normal.

Can you help here?

I remember reading old posts that said that it is common for a tortoise given antibiotics to stop eating for a little while. Maybe the antibiotics have upset its digestion?

I hope she feels better soon.

Were all 4 tortoises not provided with water for 2 months?

I think there is no need to worry since it's been only 3 days. Since it ate a lot before not eating it should be ok for a while. They do sometimes go through a period of not eating.

Did you feed the hibiscus with long branches or only leaves? They can sometimes eat the branches whole which can cause problems.

If it is constipated or something is stuck inside, the animal would try to lift the back legs and force what's inside out.
