I don't think it's a Greek. Looks like some type of desert tortoise to me.

Seen it mistaken for a sulcata but not a Greek. Hmmm, you'd think people would know what they are caring for.

Sulcata have no nuchal scute. This one does have a nuchal. The Greeks do have nuchal scutes, so this one might be a Greek of one variety or another. Can't see it quite well enough to tell what it may be for sure, though.

Is this animal in a pet store?

Desert Tortoises also have nuchal scutes, so it may also be a Desert Tortoise as others have said. I personally am just not able to ID it positively and say what it definitely is or is not (Greek or Desert) from the photo submitted.
