I also feed him fresh greens from Walmart
Grocery store greens by themselves are not a good food source. They lack fiber, some have low calcium or the wrong Ca to Ph ratio, and some have problematic compounds in them. Broadleaf weeds, leaves, succulents and flowers should make up the bulk of the diet. If you can't get those things in winter, then favor endive and escarole as your store bought staples and mix in some cilantro, collard, mustard and turnip greens, and lots of other for variety. You can also mix in some "herbal hay" https://www.tortoisesupply.com/HerbalHay or some soaked ZooMed Grassland pellets to add fiber and variety over the winter. Here is a list of what to feed: https://tortoiseforum.org/threads/for-those-who-have-a-young-sulcata.76744/

Please read those threads I linked for you. Most of the care info you find in books and from breeders, vets and "experts" is wrong. Its old, out-dated and based on incorrect assumptions about how they live in the wild. And as you are seeing, it doesn't work.

And what kind of encloser should I get
Have a look at the enclosures forum on here. It will give you ideas. A lot of members here use the large storage totes you can get at walmart or home depot or lowes or just about anywhere. They make a great yet inexpensive enclosed chamber. I'm getting a sense that your current setup is not enclosed? That's the way it looks in your pics. Anyway, get your lighting, basking spot, humidity and temps set, soak daily and feed a proper diet. Carrot soaks were recommended to me when my little one wasn't doing well and they were the ticket. It was the miracle and he now thrives.

Hello krishn! I didn't notice what type of Night time heat you are providing. These little fellas require heat at night but not from the Daytime bulbs. There are ceramic bulbs and heat pads available. Making the corrections suggested should be all your little guy needs to grow. Light, heat, proper food, and soaks should do it. It worked for my little fella who stopped growing at about 150 grams. Within months he was growing beautifully.

I had my leopard for 1 year now and he is just 31 grams he is not growing either. I am concerned with the tortoise Failure syndrome and he might have it.View attachment 265626View attachment 265627View attachment 265628
I would take your tortoise to the vet because that weight is alarming to me. I also own a leopard tortoise and when I first bought mine that was only a month or two old it weighed 36 grams. My tortoise is a little over a year old now and weighs over 700 grams so there is something definitely wrong there. I would go to the vet because it seems like your tortoise could possibly have a real bad parasite case. Parasites will consume about 60% of the nutrition your tortoise takes in so I would go to the vet and get things checked out because if it’s parasites they will give you meds for your tort and it’s not expensive. I agree with a lot of other people too on your tortoise home it should be fixed and your tortoise definitely doesn’t receive uvb through glass.
