I love all that shade! Looks great. My only concern is that green tub. It looks like he could easily flip over if he enters it from the far side.
Looks nice! I agree that green tub should go too much of a tipping hazard. Get a clay saucer ( the types that are used under clay planter pots) and sink it into the ground so it is level.
You could also replace that green tub with a paint roller tray.
I agree - a big plant saucer would do. Maybe take the rocks out of the one you have there if it is big enough for him to self soak in.

Yes or in a dry shelter, soaking wet or even damp and cold is a no no
