I've never heard of a tortoise cozie.
It's like a tea cozy but for a tortoise.
This pic was on google. You can make them into cool patterns [emoji3]
Cute for 30 second photo ops other than that whats the point?

Seriously though, tortoises being cold blooded will get no benefit from anything of the sort.
However. Some members here like to do so for a quick photo. And it seems harmless enough.
Apparently if you like that look. You're not alone.
Just don't leave it on the tortoise unattended.
