UVB bulbs for a Leopard tort

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a new UVB light for Morrisey. Being I got the one I'm using now used I dont trust it's still good. It's a 34" florescent and I'm wondering about wattage for it. Morrisey is only a month old so I know how important this light is. Thank you for any advice its greatly appreciated.

I like the Arcadia HO T5 tubes the best
I use 12% desert for my sulcata tortoise
But to measure the right output and adjust the height to mount it I highly recommend the solarmeter 6.5 it is a bit pricey but definitely worth it
I also read that some like the reptisun 10.0 tubes but I never used one of these

Are your baby's eyes stuck shut? Or was he just blinking in the picture?
