Hi guys... please can some one advise me on how to create some humidity for my baby leopard in his enclosure? I have a ceramic heating lamp that is 25 watts and I live inland so the climate is dry and the temperature at the moment Is around 22 degrees Celsius...

To increase humidity u need to cover the top of ur enclosure. u could do this with foil or plastic greenhouses that's a cheap way..
I don't know what u mean with ur temperatures 22c outside or in his enclosure ? 22c in his enclosure would be way too cold...
If u want high humidity u also need to make sure his enclosure stays at 27c day and night
Colder temperatures and high humidity are bad
Keep it humid AND warm :)

The outside temperature is 22... sorry I should have been more specific... My indoor temperature where the tortoise is kept is between 27 to 28 degrees.... should I put foil over and put afew sprays of water?

Does he live indoors or outside? I keep my baby tortoise indoors until they're about three years old. It's much easier to provide the environment they need in an indoor enclosure.

He lives indoors most of the time this is the table that we built for him.. he doesnt eat much of what I leave out for him so I planted plants that are edible and not harmful to him... I did move the table outside so he can get some natural sunshine for the day but I live inland so the climate is dry...

In that case, a covered enclosure, like was suggested above is the way to go.
