Hi guys, so i have my hermann booked in on friday for microchipping, but im wanting to update the certificate and it says i have to apply for a new one and send the original off but i dont have a clue where to find and apply for a new certificate?

Any help?

On the legal papers for mine it says that all tortoises greater than 60mm must be microchipped, I may of interpreted it wrong though.

yes mine is the same, says once its being microcipped you have to re-apply for a certificate and send the old one off, but im not sure what paper work to fill in.

Who is the issuing officer on your certificate?

I’ve got no clue either
richard edwards, im getting him done on friday so i will ask the vet and if they dont know im stumped haha
