Actually, that’s oreganoI'm surprised to see what looks like Purslane growing in there....Uneaten.
My Redfoot search that out and eat it up.
Yellowfoot I have no idea. But I would assume so.
The big tiers are housed separately from the little torts. And I’m not seeking to mate the yellow foot with anything other than a yellow foot. Thank you for the great info❣️The redfoot is a mixed breed probably Northern and Cherryhead (because of the markings and particularly the marbling along the midline of the plastron);
interesting coloration and curious tubercles on the limbs - an unusual and attractive specimen.
I would not keep the yellowfoot and redfoot together. The size disparity is too great. The little one could be injured.
Redfoots and yellowfoots are closely related but generally different species should not be mixed.
Bananas should only be offered as an occasional treat because of the imbalance of Calcium and Phosphorus.
They seem to get along? Hmmmm...The zippered redfoot is large enough to do considerable damage to the small yellow.
I have a friend who winters in Boynton Beach. I'll let him know you're there.
