Does anyone use these?? I was wondering if this would be a good option during the off season when the dandelions aren't growing.
There may not be an off season for dandelions. I grew these in four inch pots from Italian seeds...

Plus this variety is not as bitter as wild dandelions and you can use them in your salad!
Hhhmmm - you sure those are dandelion? The leaves really look l8ke a type of lettuce.
I definitely think so, keep dried dandelions over the winter. Anything you dehydrate or dry will last. That's what wild harvesters do, keep a supply for the winter.
