My female Indian Star tortoise has stopped eating once again from about a month.!
She has now once again been seperated from the larger female she used to stay with and has been put in a diff box.!

As summer temp were reaching around 40-44 C both of them had reduced diet but now larger one is eating but smaller one isnt

Plus she also has small discharge coming out from her nostrils on keeping her in upside position to drain it, but it is very little and usually bubbly!

With rains approaching will she be fine or should I do something as no exotic vet is available in our area.!

Without knowing your tortoise's circumstances and living conditions, all I can tell you is that the most common cause for a tortoise to not be eating is that he isn't warm enough.

I wouldn't keep a tortoise in an upside down position so the nose can drain. A tortoise's nostrils go into the roof of their mouth, not down the throat into the lungs. So when you put it upside down to drain the nose you're probably just getting saliva from the mouth.

A captive tortoise needs to be set up in an enclosure that mimics how they live in the wild. They need substrate, plants, hiding places, UVB, heat and cool places. I have no idea how your tortoise lives, so this is all I can come up with to help you.

Upside down is like slanting position with head low just like shown in kamp kenan.!

She is currently housed in a box with dry grass as substrate and hiding box and she stays outdoors !

My concern is that she lost almost 150gms of weight in past 2 months.

Previously I was told tht it might be due to stress of domination by the larger female so I have seperated them and will provide her with more sunlight from now on.!
