Hi! I have a question about insects bothering my sulcata. I live in Michigan and it has finally gotten warm enough out for my 10 year old sulcata to stay in her outside enclosure at night. She likes to burrow underground, and it's nice not to have to dig her out and bring her in at night. I do worry though about insects bothering her at night. I know technically the bugs are out there during the day too, but I was wondering if anyone has ever had a problem with ants or centipedes biting their tortoises? If it's a concern, I'll just keep bringing her in at night. Thanks in advance!

We have many ants in Florida but i have noticed they dont care about tortoises at least bigger ones they are intrested in the food and poop but walk over my big sulcata like hes a stone i don't know however how they would react to a smaller or baby tortoise I guess a little bit more aggressive
