Hello after the carrot soaks continue soaking for 1/2hr daily. Even though you have a water dish that doesn't mean he is drinking it. I have a water dish for my sully and have never seen him drink from it. When I put him in to soak he drinks. Also the CFL lights that were mentioned earlier. They are like a screw in bulb and are looped or coiled. Those are bad for the eyes. I bought the same because a exotic pet store recommended it.
Get the flouresnt tube type bulb and fixture. Arcadia has one that has a 5.0 HO UVB bulb.
Once you get him eating again don't fall into the trap of picky eating. I did because I wanted to keep Opo happy. Finally I had to do the tough love. Leave it there for a day or two. If he is hungry he will eat.
